Our experience is in all aspects of human resource management. John is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Particular focus is on needs assessment and upfront analysis of human resource issues.

A performance appraisal is a systematic and periodic process that assesses job performance and productivity in relation to certain pre-established criteria and organizational objectives. We have designed and implemented customized performance appraisal training programs to meet the unique needs of customers. We have implemented performance appraisal systems for industry, non-profit agencies and educational institutions.
